The award is determined entirely by ratings from current customers. Respondents score their primary application vendor on 32 metrics spanning the vendor relationship, product implementation, and day-to-day product use and value. Specific evaluation areas include overall value delivered, ease of implementation, user experience, enterprise-level customer support, and ease of integration. Ratings come from a global survey of roughly 2,900 organizations across all regions and company sizes, and are analyzed across more than 300 software providers.
Ruddr scored above the PSA vendor average across the satisfaction categories measured, with particular separation in customer support and service, product roadmap visibility, and availability of training. These are the areas where growing services firms typically feel the most friction when they replace spreadsheets or outgrow a legacy system.
