For customers that have no data migration or training needs, self-service onboarding fits the bill. With this option, your team handles the onboarding and Ruddr provides online resources and standard end-user support.
Duration: 1 to 3 Weeks
Basic Onboarding
This option includes workspace and project configuration fundamentals with foundational data import support. Basic Onboarding is ideal for smaller teams that need minimal data migration and training.
Duration: 3 to 6 Weeks
Advanced Onboarding
This option includes expanded services provided by your Ruddr onboarding lead. You receive guided walkthroughs of workspace and project configuration, an overview of core Ruddr features, integration installation, complex data migration support, Workspace Admin training, and Project Manager training.
